More evaluation hardware

Some more hardware - a motherboard and chip I can dedicate to the project, and two more
controllers to try (including a wired XBox 360 control!)

I have picked up a few pieces over the last few days to combine with old computer parts
I have lying around to provide a proof of concept if possible.
I had an AMD 700Mhz computer that is not doing much at the moment (temporarily, I assure you!) and
have unpluged most of the pieces from that. I picked up an NVidia GEForce 5200 FX (Chaintech, $42)
with a nice TV out. I also picked up a Logitech USB Gamepad which looks much like the rest of
the "standard" pc gamepads. A quick doublecheck that I can boot the pieces when plugged into a TV (yes),
and good to go later for testing.
I'll move similar info over to the Developer's Journal (link at top of page) and will be set!

Expanded the website to include Overview, News, Developer Journal, and Current Hardware.
I don't plan to waste time on the web page, but I sure want it to support the concept.
